From the desk of the President and founder of Rhema Theological Institute.
The blessings of our God be with you now and always. It is with the joy of the Lord that I welcome you to
the first year of the Rhema Theological Institute of Durham. There is a marvelous opportunity for each of you to academically
break ground with us: establish school customs, traditions, school spirit and become pace setters in the Lord. Our God has
much need of you.
I am excited in the Lord because He has graced us with His favor to establish the Rhema Theological Institute
for the equipping of the saints. RTI has prepared an elaborate and extensive pedagogical experience with you in mind. Our
goal is to exceed your expectations while we serve you with a spirit of humility in Christ. Without question, you are one
of God's precious gems and we thank Him for the privilege of connecting with you, what a blessing!
We completely understand that unless the Lord walks with us, our labor is in vain. Therefore, we ask you
to pray for us daily as we endeavor to impart to you a Rhema word that will cause the heart of each student to burn within.
Revelation is information and revelation must be united with illumination. Ilumination is the understanding of that which
is taught and is one of the many operations of the Holy Spirit. Hence, His unfolding and unveilings to us is of the utmost
importance. Therefore, it is our prayer that we have an open heaven and an audience with God as we learn together.
Lastly, we are living in a time when people have departed from sound doctrine and the Word of the Lord is
rare. With that in mind, we are after the Samual in every man and the Esther in every woman as we compare Scripture with Scripture
to arrive at a biblical conclusion and impact our world for Christ.
